Screen Guru is a device repair service based in Bangalore, India. We provide doorstep repair services for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and other devices. You can reach us at screenguru.in@gmail.com.

When you book a repair service or contact us, we collect:

• Name — to address you and assign your booking
• Phone number — to confirm your booking and send OTP verification via WhatsApp
• Address — to dispatch a technician to your location
• City and pincode — for service area verification
• Device details — category, brand, model, and issue description
• Preferred date and time — to schedule your repair

We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate city) to improve our service.

• To send your booking summary via WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business API (via Meta) to send OTP verification codes and booking confirmations to your phone number. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving these messages. Standard messaging rates may apply.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Our technicians — to fulfill your repair booking
• Meta (WhatsApp) — to deliver OTP and booking messages
• Supabase — our database provider, for secure data storage

We retain your booking and personal data for up to 2 years for warranty and service history purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 08).

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorised Screen Guru staff only.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request deletion of your data, visit our Data Deletion page or email us at screenguru.in@gmail.com.

We use minimal cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
