Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that Screen Guru holds. This includes your name, phone number, address, and booking history.
What Data We Hold

- Delivery address and city
- Device repair booking history
- WhatsApp communication records (OTP logs)
- Session and usage data
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your full name
- Your registered phone number
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
- We will send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
- Note: We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g. invoices for tax purposes) for the legally required period.
