By booking a repair service or using the Screen Guru website (screenguru.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Screen Guru provides doorstep device repair services in Bangalore for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, and accessories. Service availability is subject to technician availability and your location being within our service area.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to technician unavailability or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address during the scheduled time slot.

4. Warranty

  • All repairs come with a 6-month warranty on parts and labour unless stated otherwise.
  • The warranty covers defects in the replaced part or workmanship only.
  • The warranty is void if the device is tampered with by a third party after our repair, subjected to physical damage, or liquid damage after repair.

5. Pricing

Repair prices are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the device. Final pricing will be confirmed by the technician before any repair work begins. You are not obligated to proceed if you do not agree with the quoted price.

6. Liability

  • Screen Guru is not responsible for pre-existing damage or faults unrelated to the repair performed.
  • We recommend backing up your data before any repair. We are not liable for data loss during the repair process.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including submitting false bookings, attempting to access restricted areas, or using our platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, OTP codes, and service updates via WhatsApp. You can opt out by contacting us at screenguru.in@gmail.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
